How to measure
- Waist: wrap a soft tape around the narrowest part of your natural waistline, just above the belly button.
- Hip: wrap the tape around the fullest part of your seat, keeping it level and parallel to the floor.
- Keep it snug, not tight. Don't pull the tape into the skin.
