Shipping policy
Where we ship
MOVIQ ships to all 50 U.S. states and APO/FPO addresses. International shipping is not available at this time - we're working on it.
Processing time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of being placed (Monday-Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery time
Once shipped, U.S. orders typically arrive in 3-6 business days via standard ground service. Tracking information will be emailed to you the moment your order leaves our warehouse.
Shipping rates
Standard shipping: $7 flat rate
Free shipping: orders over $100 (before taxes and discounts)
Expedited 2-day shipping: $18
Shipping protection
All MOVIQ packages are shipped with tracking. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we'll work with the carrier to locate it.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package is confirmed lost in transit, we'll send a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund. If your order arrives damaged, email moviqwear@gmail.com with a photo within 7 days of delivery.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We can't reroute packages once they've shipped. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we'll contact you to confirm before reshipping (additional shipping fees may apply).
