We want you to love how MOVIQ moves with you. If you don't, we'll make it right.
30-day returns
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Items that show signs of wear, washing, or alteration cannot be accepted.
How to start a return
Email moviqwear@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return. We'll reply within 1 business day with a prepaid return label and instructions. We accept returns shipped from addresses inside the United States only at this time.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Depending on your bank, it can take an additional 3-10 business days for the credit to appear. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange for a different size or color is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order. We'll never charge you for shipping on an exchange.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days at moviqwear@gmail.com with a photo and we'll send a replacement at no charge.
Final sale
Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
